FENIP Webinar on digital transformation

FENIP, in partnership with IAV Hassan-II, organized on April 24, 2025 a webinar dedicated to innovative freezing strategies for seafood products. Led by Professor Hind MKADEM, the event highlighted the global context dominated by aquaculture, sustained growth in consumption (+3% per year) and consumer expectations for sustainability and traceability.

FENIP, in partnership with the IAV Hassan-II Institute, organized a webinar on innovative freezing strategies for seafood products on April 24, 2025. The event, led by Professor Hind MKADEM, highlighted the global context dominated by aquaculture, sustained growth in consumption (+3% per year), and consumer expectations regarding sustainability and traceability. Innovations presented include rapid freezing, cryogenic deep-freezing, and smart packaging, while strategies for Morocco focus on product diversification, energy efficiency, and export to high value-added markets.
