The GIAC Maritime Fisheries Program is a support initiative dedicated to skills development within the maritime fisheries and seafood processing industry. Managed by FENIP, the program provides member companies with technical and financial support for continuous training, strategic advisory services, and workforce capacity building. Aligned with the national Halieutis strategy, the program aims to strengthen the sector’s competitiveness through the enhancement of professional qualifications and human capital development.
