The National Federation of Fish Processing and Valorization Industries (FENIP) is pleased to announce the launch of its Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the selection of a qualified service provider.

This initiative is being undertaken within the framework of the SME Supply Chain Program, implemented by Morocco PME in partnership with the Moroccan Agency for Logistics Development (AMDL). Our objective is to benefit from structured support aimed at optimizing the logistics performance of our sector (cold chain, transportation, and export compliance) and strengthening the competitiveness of our member companies.

We invite consulting firms and experts, duly accredited by Morocco PME under this program, to review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR). These documents provide details of the expected assignments, including:

• Conducting a sectoral logistics assessment.
• Mapping the flow of the main value chains.
• Developing a roadmap and an operational action plan.
• Building the capacities of our members.
